“Location, location, location”
+Perfect location in the heart of Rome, suite has two great size rooms which is great for a family of 5. Spotlessly clean and the two ladies who staff the apartments are lovely! In a very busy area but felt very safe. Children loved the old fashioned lift to apartment. A magical city and fantastic trip, wish we could do it all over again this weekend!
−Mattresses very firm and pillows are poor, need replaced. Unfortunately the suite is beside the entrance door which is loud and heavy when opening so woke us early each morning with people coming and going. Walls quite thin so could hear conversations but thankfully had quiet neighbours.

“Great location and good cleaning.”
+The cleaning - Allessandro - was very nice and the cleaning was done very well. The locatin was very central and in walking distance to all the good and important memorials. We stayed in Room #1. A family room for five people.
−One of the people working there were not very friendly. The bathroom was not optimal and no warm water in the shower. The beds were hard.

“Great place for a last minute stay”
+The staff were amazing with me, really helped me out. The place was super clean and in central location. There’s a big lift ( after climbing a short flight of stairs) that take you to the check in level.

“Comfortable clean and well located”
+It was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was very nice
−Just need to be aware that it is not a typical hotel. The one staff person is there during the day; there’s no breakfast and they can’t do things like call a cab for you.

“Location Plus with warm Family vibes”
+Wow! Loved every aspect of the stay. Emma and Alexandra were amazing from The first greeting to when we left. Their communication and assistance were next level. They could not do enough. It was not just reception staff it felt like family from the moment you arrive. Emma sent multiple links to restaurants, laundry, and points of note to see and do. The quaint lift to the hotel which is located on the third floor perfectly matched the destination. The hotel is brilliantly located central to bus stops if your coming from the cruise port take the train to Ostiere Train station then catch bus 30. Walk a very short distance and boom, you’re at the door. Speaking of doors, it is not well signposted but the large doors are full on historic and perfectly match the experience. The hotel is so central to all the main tourist hotspots within walking distance, not to mention the myriad of laneways, alleyways and shopping close by. The apartment we had was fully equipped with everything you could need. EVERYTHING - we stayed 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, the shower had jets. Whilst it did take a little while For the hot water to come thru, not an issue at all, sooo relaxing with lighting
−Nothing at all to note here.
