“Cozy and super clean room close to the centre”
+The room was nice and cozy. The shared bathroom was also very clean. In the shared kitchen we found all necessary equipment.
−We can hear every noise outside our room. Hence, I wake up several times at night.

“Comfortable, spacious rooms, but a confusing arrival and slow internet”
+The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, cutlery, and plates, had well-managed fridge space, and a table and chairs made it an inviting place to eat. My room was right next to the kitchen. That could be noisy, but it was quiet the night I stayed, and having my food two meters away was convenient.
−About an hour after I’d been given a room and settled in, I was told to pack up and move to a different one. There was no good reason for it, and it was the low point of the stay. On smaller things: the listing photo shows a window view rather than the entrance, which made the place hard to find, and the entry instructions came well after I arrived. A large section of the stair banister is missing, which is a hazard. The internet was slow and kept dropping.

+Good location, nearby Avenida boulevard and metro station with the same name. Close to cafeteria, bar and supermarket. Rooms are clean and tidy.
−My biggest issue was common bathrooms/toilets. In the beginning I thought it was one, but later found out they are two shared bathroom/toilet. Lack of TV in the room.
