“Wonderful hosts, good location”
+The hosts were super friendly and helpful, the kitchen and bathroom were shared with them so they were fully equipped with everything. The location is nice, close to the metro and not far from the city centre. The nearest grocery store is around 5 min walk.
−There was no window in the room, only a ventilator.

“Excellent stay”
+Central location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, the room was very clean and organized. The hosts are very kind, the bathroom is shared with them, but they are rarely home, so I felt very comfortable. When I get back from my trip, I'll stay with them again.

“I definitely recommend it.”
+Room in a family home, the hosts are very friendly, Letícia and her husband are a 10/10! The room is in a very central area of Lisbon, close to numerous restaurants, a castle and stunning viewpoints. It was everything I expected, everything very clean and organized. It's a very welcoming and respectful family home. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Lisbon.

+proprietaria super gentile e stanza molto pulita. anche le aree in comune, il bagno e la cucina, sono molto puliti. se avete bisogno di un appoggio comodo è ottimo. grazie!!
−posizione comoda al centro, il quartiere purtroppo è malfamato. in ogni caso, non ci è successo nulla. Non lo consiglierei ad una persona sola

“Très bon logement pour court séjour”
+L'accueil a été tres bien,un grand merci pour avoir garder les bagages tot le premier jour et tard le dernier jour. Confortable, bon emplacement pour rejoindre le métro , bus et tres beau point de vue pas loin.

“Zentrale Lage mit einer super netten Vermieterin”
+Die Lage war phantastisch, mittendrin. Auch wenn das Viertel erst einmal keinen gastfreundlichen Eindruck macht. Die Absprachen mit der Vermieterin waren hervorragend, sie hat die Handtücher gewechselt, wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch länger dort lassen, sie hat uns die Küchennutzung erlaubt, einen Regenschirm hingelegt und wir konnten mit jeder Frage zu ihr kommen.
−Das Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster zur Decke, das man nicht öffnen kann. Das Zimmer ist klein, wenn man sich länger in seinem Zimmer im Urlaub aufhalten möchte, könnte das evtl. schwierig werden.

+O quarto é bem aconchegante, embora não tenha janelas no quarto.
−Não tem janela, o acesso é difícil em razão de escadas curtas e a localização é péssima pra quem tá indo sozinha ou com pouca gente. A noite tem um movimento perigoso de pessoas, me senti desprotegida pra chegar à noite lá

+Dos donos a Letícia e o marido.pessoas maravilhosos.passamos sómente uma noite.pois viemos do Algarve para na manhã seguinte ir para o aeroporto
−Eu sempre quando vou alugar vejo os comentários.que dessa vez por sinal não foram verdadeiro.a localização é horrível um beco estreito e sujo.com pessoas mal encaradas.pode até não ficar longe de algumas lugares para visitar.mas que dá medo dá.para subir até a casa a escada é verticalmente alta.ainda bem que nos ajudaram com a mala.senão teríamos ido embora.por favor quem for dar avaliação não mintam.fale a verdade.e assim foi minha triste experiência.

“Parfait et super hôte”
+Parfait ! Leticia est très accueillante et très sympa et de bon conseils . La chambre est cosy, propre, avec un petit frigo . L’emplacement et le quartier sont très sympa .
