“Superb”
+Location was very central to the shops and bars. Was very clean and secure. Susana was very helpful.
−No air-conditioning but I knew when booking that it didn't have it.

“SurprIse weekend”
+The room was clean and servicable it was the perfect base for us beside every conceivable facility. Pub Church ATM Grocery shop.

+Perfect location. Nice room. Good beddings and towels. Really Clean.
−Heat in shower could be better. It provides Warm water for 1 short shower 1 person.

−Door handle broke, couldn’t get access to our room all day Susana sorted but it took from 11 am Until 7pm but was sorted so all okay

“Very nice room, I would stay there again!”
+The bedroom is very good on the overall! It is also well equiped. It has a private bathroom, some kitchen utensils, a microwave oven and a small fridge.
−The location is very central (what is a plus), but since it is located in the historical part of the city, there is no parking available, what can be a downside for those going by car. However, there are some parking spots in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The shower might also be a negative point. The water heater doesn't work very well, it can only produce hot water for about 5 minutes at a time. This may be an issue for some people that like hot showers.

“Would not recommend”
+Location Microwave and kettle where new
−Very thin curtains and too bright at night time. Large cob web above the fridge area. Fridge was very noisy like the building work taking place next door. Shower, hot water was only hot for 5-6 mins then the temperature dropped. No, tv., the owner said she would come and fix it on two occasions but , never did. Susana asked if I wanted to leave. I felt like I was being evict😳 for asking to have water an tv fixed 😔 Plus Susana stated. There's only four channels & Do you understand Portuguese 😳She also said; I also told you, you can leave... HOW RUDE... If She spent a few nights there with no, tv and test tried the shower. Susana will understand were am coming from and make the necessary amend ments. Image of the building was no 25? With light blue and white/cream front but, my room was no18, across the road... I WILL NEVER STA THERE AGAIN I have ALL text message and will up load if this allows me to. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

“Fabulous location but at little small”
+The location is fantastic, the room is very comfortable, it's a little small but we managed, the fridge was great but not much room to prep anything but again we managed, we did however miss having an outside space to sit and have a coffee 😀

+Localização muito central possibilitando ir a pé a todo o lado. O quarto estava limpo, bem como a roupa de cama e toalhas. Levando em conta os valores praticados em 2025, foi uma boa relação qualidade preço para o mês de agosto. Loiça, talheres, panos de cozinha, vassoura, esfregona, sabonete, shampoo e papel higiénico fornecidos
−O frigorífico é um pouco ruidoso, o que se tornou desconfortável à noite, obrigado a usar tampões de ouvidos. Um dos candeeiros de cabeceira tinha a lampada fundida. Como a janela dá para a rua pouco acima do nível do RC, não dava para estar à vontade no quarto sem baixar as persianas, obrigando a ligar a luz de cima, o que era desconfortável. Na TV, nem todos os canais apanhavam sinal, não sendo possível ver os nacionais

“C’è tanto da migliorare”
+Host molto gentile e disponibile, posizione molto comoda, circondata da negozi e ristoranti
−non mi aspettavo un gran che, ma la stanza era ricoperta di polvere. c’era polvere nell’armadio, nelle grucce, sul ferro da stiro, sulla tavola da stiro. Nella doccia c’erano tantissimi ragni e il contenitore del sapone era completamente vuoto. Cassetta di primo soccorso senza nemmeno 1 cerotto. Ci hanno dato solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica, non c’era il sapone per poter lavare i piatti impolverati che ci hanno lasciato. La finestra affaccia direttamente sulle persone che camminano e non la si può tenere aperta assolutamente MAI.
