“Bad communication”
+The location is very good if you want to stay in the centre. It was also very clean and well renovated. It also had good amenities (towels, water, coffee, tea etc).
−When we booked the room it was not clear at all that the appartment would be shared with other 3 people. We realized it when we get there. The guy that received us tried to convince us that it was clear but when we discussed it with the other people they said that they hadn't understand it too when they booked the appartment, so I think the description is misleading. Eventually we didn't have issues with the others but if I knew it in advance I wouldn't have booked it. The worst thing of all was that when the time for the check out came, nobody came. I sent a message to the host asking how we are going to do the check out and he said that we just leave the keys in the appartment and close the door. The next day he sent me a message saying that we didn't leave the tax in the room before leaving. He never has said we have to do it, I thought that they would keep it from my card. Of course it would never crossed my mind to leave money in a shared with strangers appartment, moreover without previous agreement with the host. Although I found it weird, I asked a bank account to transfer the tax. I also sent a message informing that I did the swift. One week later, Booking send me a messa

+Very nice host waited for us past midnight, good location in Toledo.
−The room itself has one window facing the central courtyard and the neighbours smoked in the evening. The shower room doesn’t have window and relies on the vents but it smelled bad so the door has to be closed at night. No lift. There is no breakfast on the third morning.

“Clean and comfortable room in the Spanish quarter”
+Good value for money for Naples. Well located in the Spanish quarter. Very nice, clean room in which you feel very comfortable. Arrival was also possible after 11pm, which is not always the case in a non-hotel accomodation. The host is not on site. You should therefore arrange an exact arrival time or make sure again shortly before arrival (by phone / WhatsApp) that someone is on site. The breakfast is modest Italian. I was prepared and slept very well thanks to earplugs - would recommend it to light sleepers in the front room, as the motorbikes race through the neighbourhood at high speed and noise even late at night. Credit card payment is possible, but the guest has to pay the 2% charge. A small table in the room would be nice, but there are extra sleeping facilities for a small family.

“Volvería... todo estuvo bien!”
+La habitación renovada, amplia, limpia y cómoda. Sábanas y toallas en excelente estado y limpias. Baño privado con gel de ducha y shampoo. Tiene una ventana sin vistas, pero el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente. Las fotos son reales. Espacio compartido agradable con heladera y cafetera con café a disposición las 24 hs. Tiene ascensor (piso por medio). Muy atento quien nos recibió y la sra. Pina muy atenta y servicial.
−En realidad todo estuvo bien. Me preocupó un poco cuando llegué y vi el portón de entrada e ingreso al departamento. Fue sólo la impresión al ingresar... el departamento está muy bien.
