+We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is very convenient. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has such a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent, with two metro stations within easy walking distance and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here if we have the opportunity to visit Paris again. Highly recommended!

+(1). Most appartement hotell in paris have no recaption and having Staff which are polite and service centered is a big plus. (2). Clean room with homie enveronment. (3). Full kitchen appliance. (4).Location (50/50)
−(1). There is no information about you have to pay 8 euro( Paris tax) per night and per person on booking.com. Its might be normal in paris but we missed this information in advance. (2). Both beds are not comfortabel at all. Its hard to sleep on! (3).Its hotell apartement but you have to pay for room cleaning and to new toweles. Even if the staff are willing to help you have to ask many times small things (toilet paper, dish washer tablets, garbage disposal bag osv which you have enough in your room for all your stay days. (4). No room cleaning and if you need a new towels either you have to pay og you have to Wash it in laundry room. BUT the laundry room was not functional 😏. (5).Location, its near to center but PIGALLE which are adult sex shops district which is not nice to walk with children. But you can use other Metro station which are 5 minut walk from hotell. (6). The room er cosy but the kitchen are too small. (7). The recaption is not avalbel 24/7 and if you need help afterwards you have to call but no one replay. Our hotell rom was unabel to open but was difficult to get help.

+The apartment is in a very good location, close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and charming cafés. It is located in a beautiful, atmospheric building and is stylishly decorated and well equipped, with both air conditioning and a dishwasher. Another big advantage was the helpful service,the staff responded quickly to the issue we reported and resolved it promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
−The fully online check-in process was quite frustrating. We booked shortly before arriving and were asked to pay the tourist tax online via a link. Having to do this at the last minute while travelling, for example on the metro, was not very convenient. Staff were present when we arrived, but they had no card terminal and did not accept cash. Instead of going straight to our room after the journey, we had to log in to the website and complete the payment online. The property is presented on Booking.com as a four-star hotel, but guests should be aware that it does not appear to correspond to the official French four-star hotel classification. On Booking.com, such property ratings may be displayed using dots rather than official stars. This can be slightly misleading, especially for guests familiar with the hotel industry. ;)

“Très bon séjour je recommande”
+Très bien placé à côté de la rue des martyrs et sur la petite place Gustave Toudouze. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La chambre est agréable, parfait pour quelques jours.
−L’appartement aurait pu être plus propre, quelques détails font penser que ce n’est pas nickel (quelques traces sur les murs, la chaise haute était un peu sale également). Mais rien de grave globalement c’était quand même très bien.
