“Great expectations were met.”
+The staff were pleasant. The room was large and clean. The bed was so comfortable . The restaurant food was so delicious. We will definitely stay here again. If we had known how good it was we would have changed our plans and stayed longer.
−Nothing to dislike

“Disappointed.”
−Stinky rooms. First room gross smell, mixed with overwhelming gross cleaning product, asked to move, second room smelt as well of cigarettes. The blinds are broken in our room. Air con makes smell worse, like aircon has not been cleaned. They offer breakfast by the pool - I wouldn’t eat the food from here, after smelling the rooms. On check in, we got told the pool was off limits til 7am, as chemical dump to clean. The pool was our attraction. My 8 yr old won’t be swimming in that tomorrow. They should’ve let us know. It does not look like in the pictures. Especially the pool! Not happy, but we checked in at 5:45pm and didn’t exactly have time to find other accom last minute before we headed to dinner.

+Friendly staff, good size room and Foxtel
−Have stayed there for many years now at least 3 times a yet, but it is falling into a state of disrepair and requires maintenance across the board. Sad really as it was terrific, but time to update

“Fabulous for a family with children.”
+It was convenient for our trip. The amenities for younger children looked amazing
−The restaurant was very disappointing. We waited 60 minutes for our meal. My steak was overcooked and very dry. The vegetables were crunchy which I like but also cold.

“Poor experience”
−After booking i contacted the hotel to confirm we would arrive at 2pm. We also recieved a text message the day prior to confirm ETA. We arrived early and was told that our room was next in line to be cleaned and we could come back in an hour which would have made it 1 o'clock, i also asked the staff member to add a full breakfast for 2 to our room so we didn't miss out which she happily did. We ended up going for lunch and shopping so didn't get back to the hotel until 3:00 p.m. On arrival there was a different staff member at the desk and questioned the amount as we had put breakfast on the room and she said no that was not there and I'd mentioned that I was there earlier and spoke with the other staff member to add it and she said 'oh I thought that was a mistake and I wiped it' so she deleted our breakfast. We were then given our hotel key, told that the 2 restaurants, bar and room service were not available to guests that night. When we got to our room it was still dirty from the previous guests as cleaners hadn't been in so I went back to reception to complain about that as we told staff that we would arrive at 2 o'clock twice. cleaners were apologetic as they werent given arr
