−The place is definitely not 3 stars. It is not even a 1 star. Very run down with bed bugs and other creepy crawlers.

+Fairly close to almost everything and near the park
−It was during the heat wave and the room was the AC only in vent mode. We had to open the door to try to cool it a little bit and still couldn’t solve it. The AC probably works fine during snow season.

−I did not appreciate being lied too. I was truly trying to spare the office managers feelings about this property. In the future she should not use renting out to angry crackheads to justify bad reviews. That was a complete turn off from that point. Along with taking a look at the room prior to deciding whether to stay or not with the agreement that the office manager stated she would be willing to refund me if I was not happy. I went to the room and found a smashed millipede on the wall. My daughter told me to take pic after I wiped it clean and it was not hard to wipe off wall so it was done before we checked in and left on the wall. The shower curtain (cloth) smelled dirty due to absorbing water and not being washed. I looked at the mattress cover and saw that it had been saturated with urine and did not look like it was washed....gross! Lastly she tells me I need to point the remote at the cable box in order to change the channel, but who has a cable box hidden behind or under a TV not In plain eye site to change the channel comfortably. Book at your own risk! I will never try to down play or budget when it comes to getting somewhere to stay for a weekend get away. You get what
