“We stayed one night so we could tour Yale. The Inn served the purpose, but I would not repeat.”
+The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
−We waited in the lobby for more than 10 minutes, staring at a sign that said "I'll be back in 10 minutes" taped to the window. Eventually I called the main phone and some one came to answer the phone and that is how I got the attention of the staff.

“Clean, Nice and confortable”
+The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything met our expectations, and we had a pleasant stay. The room was tidy, and the overall experience was exactly what we hoped for. We would definitely stay here again!

“Cool, calm”
+Subtle, private, quiet
−During checkout, the staff lady was very rude, had a very snappy attitude, did not catch her name, but she must’ve had a real bad morning. gave me and my girlfriend attitude over leaving a note over my diabetic supplies I had to throw out in the trash and she made a big embarrassing fuss over it, saying that it would apparently scare the staff because I have diabetes and there’s no proof of it, which obviously there is on my body, bathrooms are very small. did not meet the pictures on the website. but other than that can’t complain

“I will not stay here again”
+The property was ok for the most part
−There was a huge spot on the ceiling that had peeled off badly. We had a room that the window wouldn’t close.

“The hotel was nice just the stay at the room that I got could’ve been better!”
+The location of the hotel was okay!
−What could be better is the room and the shower and the price could’ve been a little cheaper but overall the hotel was nice.
