+The room was acceptable
−No swimming pool no hot tub grounds were not clean nothing like the pictures and the service from the staff was terrible we waited 30 minutes just to get checked in and there was no one there the power was not on. Other ratings when they have a good breakfast but their breakfast was absolutely horrible except for the prepackaged things like the yogurt.

“Only stay if you have no place else”
+The beds were comfortable
−The facility was very, very run down. The curtains were ripped like by a wolverine (picture), the floors were dirty as show on towel and the sink wouldn't drain. I pulled the drain plug only to be rather horrified at the amount of hair and debris in the drain (picture) And I washed my face in that sink! Yuck. Double yuck. The facility used to be better maintained but now it seems the maintenance folks just don't care any more. They have a great pool but I've never seen anybody in it. In fact during our last stay I don't think more than 12 cars were there. If you have no place else to stay or paying an extra $25 to stay at the Best Western is going to break your budget then stay here. But be aware this place has really tanked in the several years since we stayed here last. And be careful of the walking areas on the second floor as the plywood has pulled up and it is tripping hazard.

“Very good location, and staff!”
+The design of the courtyard is great! We felt safe and it was very convenient. The staff was helpful, and the bed very comfortable. Room was quiet!!
−The breakfast could use some help!!

“Great other than the lights”
+Nice host, easy access, pool
−The pool lights were out and it was evening so I didn’t use the pool the way I wanted to. It just felt murky and creepy. Also the bedroom light switch doesn’t connect to anything so initial access was dark and clunky trying to get to a lamp.

+It was a nice place and had good breakfast and comfortable bed
−It looked like they were part way done remodeling the room (bathtub faucet was cracked loose and a bunch of weird paint/tape on yhe outlets in the actual room) plus the outlets sucked to plug in a phone charger. They were loose and wouldn't hold the cord plug lol
