+The staff was friendly and helpful.
−I had a last-minute notice that a relative had passed away and the funeral services were the next day. I feel that a discount should have been offered instead of overcharging me for the poor accommodation. The bathtub had rust and poor caulking around it and the bed sheets were thin and worn out. This hotel needs an update.

“Uninformed staff”
+I only liked that I had somewhere to sleep.
−The customer service upon arrival, we were told there was no reservation with my name even though my card paid for the stay and I made the reservation and she tried to make me pay again. Upon check-out I was told that and authorization form needed to be signed to oay for my room, but the 2nd payment for the 2nd reservation was pending being taken out of my banking account but was later told that they just needed a copy of my driver's license, but it wasn't asked for during check-in.

“I would not be staying again. I did not sleep well. Room was not up to part”
+The location was good
−The room was dirty and smelled like stale smoke. The sheets did not feel clean. The breakfast was not completed cooked and juice ran out. I did not think it was worth 208 dollars and I wanted to actually ask for some of my money back

“Next time I travel, I will not choose Quality Inn.”
+Good location and parking was good as well.
−The light didn’t work in the bathroom and had to be repaired. The door to the bathroom would not stay closed and there were mildew spots around the tub. The floor was filthy and needed to be mopped - would not walk on it without shoes! Today there was no coffee and no one at the desk - people were waiting.
