“Disappointing and expensive”
+Location
−The non smoking room still smelled like smoke and I have allergy sensitivities and got a migraine. Requested to cancel the rest of my trip with a refund. The property did not respond. I had to find a new hotel.

“Didn't even stay. We had several poor experiences before we even stepped foot in our room. Ew”
+The entire location was filthy, smelled like cigarettes, staff was not helpful. System was flawed on 2 separate occasions. The outside of the building had roaches crawling as well as women walking around barely wearing anything. Do not take children here. The rooms were far from cleaned. Hair, crumbs all over the sheets. Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The TV in the front was playing Friday, not suitable at all for a "family friendly" hotel. Staff and management still have not refunded me. After being clear to make a note for the management to email me a copy of my reimbursement he said he did and would and never made a note and have not received anything! There is not one single positive thing to say about this hotel. I have photos of the sheets. Cannot upload them here. Happy to share!
−Everything. Not one positive thing. Do better. Would encourage anyone who values cleanliness and their families health, and protection to not stay here.

“Short.”
+It was a place to sleep.
−The floor was very soft, and flooring was cracked and falling apart. Had to get new sheets because the ones had hair in them. Ac blew cold air but could not keep up at all.

“Comfortable, good quality for price.”
+Very clean, staff was friendly, flexible, and approachable, housekeeping service on point.
−Pool was not very clean, had to pick up a cleaner and cleanse a bit myself, limited protein intake for breakfast.

“No additional comments.”
+The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom and adjoining area needs an upgrade.
−Again, the bathroom area needs work. The overall room needs upgrades. Not typical of other Quality Inns I have stayed at. The morning breakfast was very limited in breakfast options.

“Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.”
+Wonderful caring and helpful staff from front desk to breakfast lady each morning. Erica was most helpful to us in making sure our stay was great.
−Some small parts of floor in room were de-laminating, creating a potential trip hazard.
