+Beds and pillows were comfortable.
−1 of the rooms was beyond dirty, blood on the bathroom sink, tap and mirror. Plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. TV was disconnected and wires hanging around. Room smelled of smoke and the patio door did not lock.

“Dissatisfied”
+The breakfast was terrible. The room smelled so bad of mold, musty. I was very sick from it all Saturday at my conference. There was no water upon arrival and the fire alarm went off. When I booked the room 2 months in advance I was told I got the last room available. The place was half booked.
−Everything ! The curtains were all peeled off on the outside side. Very shabby. The heat/cool system was old and grungy. The desk phone beeped all night, and it was ON the hook.

“I will not stay again, and certainly not for the price I paid. Expected a lot more”
+Breakfast was not hot, coffee did not taste like coffee. It was not reaaly good.
−The room was not very clean. The bathroom was not likeable, I didn't even want to take a shower. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more.

“the mattress are getting old and lumpy. The cleaning products area little stronger.”
+The breakfast was fairly good ,but the number of tables were not enough.and area is to small.
−the toilet height was for short people in good shape. We were moved to the handicapped room where to toilet height was only 13 inch to top of the bowel. How is that a good height for a handicap person.
