+Could not stay there!! I ordered a non-smoking room and the only room they said was available when I arrived at nearly midnight was a smoking room!! They insisted on the fact that’s what I booked but would not give me a refund because I booked through Expedia. I had driven 4.5 hours with a 1.5 year old only to have to leave to find another hotel. Besides the lights wouldn’t come on in the room either. Terrible service. Will never book a quality inn again.

“This was a nice, clean facility!”
+This was just a quick overnight stay. Did not have much interaction with staff but what little I did was friendly. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The shower was excellent with great pressure!! (and again very clean). My husband had a breakfast sandwich and a waffle and he said it was pretty good.
−The breakfast seems to end early as by the time I got there it was over. There also didn’t seem to be a lot of channel options.

“The hotel was very ghetto.peole outside smoking weed People above me washaing a party”
+Nothing.
−I called the day I was suppose to check in. The lady yelled and was rude about my reservation basically telling me I never paid. I paid on booking.com. She was nasty gave me a headache for over an hour until she realized she needed to call the manager.

+The rooms was not so clean I went out and got cleaning supplies! The workers act like they couldn’t give us more towels the towels was not so clean .i had to leave back out and go buy towels. Those rooms need a deep clean The microwave was filthy and rusted and the inside of it. The app said check out time is 12 pm house cleaning comes knock on the door and tell us we was supposed to be out at 11am . I least my phone in he room i call to let them know I’m trying my phone they tell me it’s not there . When I’m looking at the location. Manager hangs up in my face twice . I’m two lhours awufrom there to go back in get my phone i see location moving then maybe 20 mins later I don’t see location anymore so I know the workers got my phone and erase it .
