+Room was in need of maintenance and there was mildew around toilet and tub as well as the sink. I will give them some credit it looked as though they were getting ready to overhaul the downstairs rooms when I was checking out. Their continental breakfast was a joke. I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM and they were completely out of coffee and danishes. I didn’t see anyone in the kitchen for assistance so my family and I left early to go get food and coffee on our way home.

+Slipped in shower, hurt arm. They failed to provide rubber tub mat (which would have prevented slip).

“Uncomfortable experience during check in.”
+The overall stay at this hotel was good. However, the man at the front desk during check in was rude. We have service dog and only stay in hotels that are dog friendly. This hotel said dog friendly so we booked our stay while our kids were at a winter camp in the area. During check in we asked if our dog was welcome as she’s a service dog and he said yes. He think asked if she’s emotional support or medical and we said medical and he seemed hesitant. We don’t know the laws in Oregon so we asked if he’d need to see proof and he said he isn’t allowed to ask for proof and said do you have it with you. We said no, assuming he was talking about the paperwork for our dog. We then came in with our dog and he starting accusing my boyfriend of sneaking a dog in and that he can charge a $250 fine for that and saying he lied about having the dog when he asked. We assumed he asked if we had the paperwork with us, not the dog as he said, “so you have it with you?” when talking about verification. He could’ve asked if we had the DOG with us. And why would we be sneaking a dog in as we’re walking through the lobby? She’s a full grown German shepherd. There’s no sneaking her in through a lobby. Th

“Staff was great. but overall it was just OK.”
+This hotel was OK. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. First I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly, patient and exceeded expectations. However, that's really where the praise stops. The rooms were a little run down and generally old feeling. Nothing terrible. I did have to immediately switch rooms due to the pet odor that was very prevalent in the first room, but they were very gracious and switched us to a different room right away. Mattresses were comfortable enough, but again, nothing to write home about. Overall it barely met expectations as a very average experience. It was close to where we needed to be at a reasonable price. I'll probably try other options next time, but in a pinch, I might rebook here.

+Hotel room has a horrible smell to it, the bathroom was dirty, curtains were ripped so it was hard to be able to sleep in. The carpet was ripped. The bed felt like you were laying on a concrete floor. The breakfast wasn’t good. Won’t be staying here again.
