“Horrible”
−That there was booking confirmation and yet he couldn't get it to work so was forced to pay cash even though room was paid for already then lady in front desk working with person whom stole my 2010 Audi says your car didn't get stolen then 86 me from hotel and gave no reason and refused to issue refund

+The bathtub was dirty. They never cleaned the cleaner out of the bathtub. It was full of comet that floor wasn’t vacuumed. There was it stunk there’s crap up and down the hallway on the floor. It looks like somebody spilled grease up and down the hallway. Nothing‘s been cleaned up other than the foyer when it’s been mopped and swept looks decent and the front desk. Everything else looked pretty shitty outside their cigarette butts all over the entrance. There is no disabled door opener. I am disabled. I had to open the door myself. I had to carry my own shit and nobody helps you with anything and on top of that they charged me for two more nights that I didn’t even stay. That’s why I’m pissed so now I’m gonna call them.
−Maybe staying at the red line or the Hilton that might’ve been a little bit better of a choice bunch of drug addicts around there too that’s my opinion

+Breakfast was good. Location was good. Bed was clean.
−Carpets looked dirty throughout the building. My towels looked used, had black smudges. Pool was not functional which is why we chose this hotel.

“we did not say do to it not being a safe or clean place to stay.”
−The facility smelled and was not clean at all and was filled with bugs and the carpets were stained black. Half of the lights in the facility's did not work. there were also homeless sitting out front and walking in and out of the hotel.

“Previous stay was better....”
+Front desk hospitality.
−No fridge in the room on this stay, faucets need repaired, and people in other rooms were going in and out letting doors slam during all hours of the night.

+Breakfast was good.
−I enjoyed my stay.the motel is to close to the hwy. Which makes for noise and the walls are to thin and we heard every phone call she had.

+Good value.
−You get what you pay for. Was a bit outdated and in need of some repairs updating. Pictures online made it look nicer.
