“Definition of value property”
+This hotel hit the basics well: clean room, tightly made/clean bed, hot water, clean bathroom. Everything was in working order.
−Facility is extraordinarily outdated, and it's clear they do just enough to keep the doors open.

“Don’t stay there”
+Nothing
−Well it was nasty inside. Smelled like cigarettes smoke all over the 2nd floor also smelled like marijuana. The room was awful holes in the bedding from what I believe is a burn hole. Cobwebs in the corners with a spider in it . The pillows on the other bed was dingy brown. People walking by our room all hours of the night because no elevator. Now the bathroom was awful you could turn the light off and still have light thru the vent from the room next door . Paint peeling off the walls ceiling looked like it was coming down. It was bad . My husband would not even sleep under the covers afraid of bugs. I had to risk it. So then we went to check out meet 2 sketchy men in the stairs with I have no clue what they was carrying. Just not a safe place. So I went to the lobby to check out and was going to speak with the lady but she was busy talking to a other lady about her cats how they act when you don’t feed them at the same time . She said are you checking out and just took my key . I would like a refund

“Don't recommend”
−The night manager was rude upon arrival. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The toilet was loose. No toilet paper holder. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. No table to sit and eat at being that it was a king sized room. No cable tv. No extra towels in the room.

“Exactly what we needed.”
+The breakfast was wonderful. Filling with quite a few choices. It was a great night's stay and allowed us to get to Point Pleasant first thing in the morning, which was exactly what we had planned. It was great.
−There were some questionable stains on the lampshades and walls, but otherwise it was pretty great. Not a whole lot to complain about.

“Nice resting stop.”
+Quick check in. Lobby was clean. Room was clean. Didn’t have any weird experience or feel unsafe.
−A little older building. Room smelled faintly like someone had been smoking in the room.

“Terrible, atrocious, disgusting”
+Location
−Everything about the entire building, just tear it down and start over but in particular: The smell of weed, the mold, the mildew smell and the odd fact that everything in the room exposed to open air was very moist, and the bed did not smell clean. However, it did not have any stains, so thats some due credit

“Not sure it I would stay again”
+Check in was pleasant and bed was comfortable 😌
−People outside hotel drinking and sitting in lawn chairs as I walk to my room.

“Only if there is no where else to stay at the last minute.”
+The towns water front is nice.
−The hotel is dark, dinge and needs an update.but acceptable for one night. Breakfast is not out like at most places. You have to be served so that you tip. So it is not a quick in and out for breakfast. It was crowded and I sat for 5 minutes then asked who was taking orders. It was someone in another room. The food was the same as other breakfast but you had to pick 3 things off of their card. I did not have the time to sit and wait. I decided that the special $2 breakfast sandwich special at McDonald's would be a much better idea.. very disappointed that I could not just geap a quick bagel and yogurt and be on my way.
