“We didn’t stay! Terrible waste of money!”
+Nothing
−The female desk staff member was very rude upon checking in. We didn’t end up staying there. We went to check out the room and were immediately turned off. The room smelled, the bathroom was old and unclean. We had to give a $50 deposit to be refunded upon checkout. Never had to do that before. The area was very sketchy. We got our deposit back, but obviously wasted the booking money. Terrible place!

“Bad bathroom, very bad breakfast setup, unmowed lawn, and trash scattered everywhere.”
+The price and the location are why we have choose to stay here twice a year for many years now.
−The lady at the check in was very cold. No welcome, have a good stay, or nothing. The only words she spoke were "I need your ID, and I need your credit card" The place has gone so far down hill that we have decided to stay elsewhere from now on.

−Items were broken in bathroom, stopper for tub broke. Did not have crib as stated and lied to third party about it. Found roach in room. And very strong lemon smell

“This place was dirty and too many things broken inside of room. There was stains on the sheets and just an overall bad l”
+Nothing I liked there.
−The place was dirty and rooms need to be updated and repaired. Safety concerns staying there because door lock was all loose and to many things broken and stains on the sheets. Just awful place to stay. We did not stay. I went and asked to have my money refunded and left.

“frustrating.”
+Honestly nothing.
−I booked and paid for my stay through Booking.com, only to arrive and be told that an additional $50 deposit was required. I wasn’t given a clear explanation of what the deposit was for, but I agreed to pay it after being assured that the money would be returned to me. Instead of being released back to my account, the payment was processed in full, which was not what I was told would happen. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The property was practically a ghost town, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was filthy, the refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling apart. For a room I had already paid for, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the unexpected deposit, the misleading information about the refund, and the poor condition of the room, I would not recommend staying here. Guests deserve transparency about additional charges and a clean, properly maintained room for the money they spend.

+First of all, they sign us to room the door wide open I called the office. She reassigned me to a different room when an employee comes out of the old room. He gets the key to go to the room that I was assigned to and I tell him it’s my room we go in. There’s a towel on the sink used the key cover with the room number and Wi-Fi password on by the TV. There’s a bracelet that goes around the wrist when you go into an event then when we get ready for bed, the sheets were dirty they were stained.
