−Our room was constantly moist with water drops sliding down our window. There was mold around the window. After our room was cleaned, we were left with no towels or washcloths. When we asked for more, we were told there would be no more available until they washed them. We also had to ask for more toilet paper. Those kinds of supplies should be basic to any hotel room. We did ask for another room but were told they couldn't accommodate us until later in the afternoon when the housekeeping staff cleaned some rooms. By the time we returned to the hotel for the evening, there was no real point in changing rooms as we were leaving early the next morning. The breakfast was poorly supplied with not enough room for guests to sit. There was a continual backed up line with people waiting for food to be cooked and served. At any given time there were as many people standing around the room waiting as there were people sitting eating a singular bagel because there was little hot food to share. We eventually gave up and went into town to find breakfast. For the price of the room we were very disappointed with our stay.

“This place is sad and gross.”

−The air-conditioning was covered in mold. AC didn’t work. Room never got cold. All the facilities were very dirty and rundown. This hotel is not maintained at all.

+Location was close to what was needed and a restaurant and store close by
−Homeless people sleeping in their car in the back, almost got attacked by a guests dog, room wasn’t filthy but a few items were missed when cleaning (i.e. blowdryer was falling off the wall, dust bunnies in heating/ air conditioning unit, not cleaned under shampoo/conditioner holder.

+Everyone was very nice and able to answer our questions about restaurants and things to do in the area.
−Just need to add a few other items for breakfast like bananas and yogurt.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
+Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
−The only negative was the breakfast selection. We would have liked to have a wider variety of options to choose from.
