“Very good.”
+We came in town late and needed a few hours sleep. The price was right and when we got there it turned out to be a wonderful choice.
−The breakfast. Not enough choices, but we understand. Chose to pass.

“We won’t make that mistake again.”
+The fact that it was in Durango
−It stank very strongly of pinesol, all the upgrades are shoddy, the mattresses were uncomfortable and hard, the floor didn’t fit under the door, there were gaps in the walls, all the furnishings were super cheap, and the lighting was bad.

+Despite of the carpet and furniture being old and tired, cleaning staff does a great job at keeping everything else, what in their control, very clean. I was pleased that the bathroom didn't have any dirt collected on baseboards and behind the toilet. Linens also were very clean and the room didn't have any unpleasant stink to it. Thank you! Overall it was a pleasant stay. I traveled with friends that stayed in adjacent room and we felt cozy.
−Breakfast was mediocre. Only cereal, waffles, and yogurt were available, no eggs or sausage. I don't like sweet food for breakfast so in the end I had nothing to eat. Hard-boiled eggs could be helpful, but no luck with that. My friends came from France and they were surprised that there was no bread for a toast either. Carpets and chairs in rooms are in need of deep cleaning, or replacing but it didn't bother us too much, because the rest was clean. AC/heat unit is old and rattling.

“Never again!!! (& out friends will km”
+Breakfast was nothing to choose from. Tiny area and there were only 6 people trying to eat and we had no room to get food.
−I was charged twice. Stayed one night. I know that my credit card company will fix, but still have to deal with the hassle. That is disgusting! Also, when I booked, requested a main floor room. When given room upon arrival. Was told there were none. This old couple had to carry everything up a flight of stairs since there was no elevator.

“I didn’t feel comfortable.”
+It was close to a bike path
−It didn’t feel clean. The mattress was dirty and sunken in. There was space under the door. The currents were wrinkled. The TV was on when we opened the door. The safety latch was very loose.

“A good basic value”
+Good location. What we needed for a last minute reservation during a road trip when rain made camping less desirable.
−Shower head low for a tall person
