“Would not stay at this place again”
+Location was great
−Trash not emptied every day Breakfast was horrible. All that was there was waffles and pre packaged pastries. Also every time we needed toilet paper we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. Room was too small and had an old smell to it.

“I don’t believe we will be going back there after years of always going there”
+Location
−When we arrived were told that the pool was under renovation. When I booked the room I specifically asked if there was a pool. I received a text from booking. Com that there was. I knew there was because we always book a room for quality Inn when I come up from southern Indiana to Michigan to see my grandkids. I was told that since I went through a third-party that it wasn’t updated but on their website it was. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom behind the door was very dirty.

“Poorly managed hotel”
+Location. Right next to the high way & across the street from Cabelas
−Stayed 6 nights, house keeping never made the bed or changed the sheets once. Rooms are run down & dirty. Hotel smells like weed....

“I would rather shit in my hands and clap then stay here again.”
+The location
−It smelled like mold or mildew. The mattresses were not comfortable. The pool was freezing even though the website said it was heated. The pool lights also were dim and not all on and when we asked the front desk to turn them on, she couldn’t find them. There was pubic hair in the shower. The back door was left open for anyone to walk in. I asked to check out early(literally an hour after I arrived) and the front desk person wasn’t very nice. She didn’t even ask if there was anything she could do to fix it. Overall not a great experience.

+Once in the room, it was clean.
−Smell in the hallways, dreary ... outside was very unkempt and messy. Overall this place needs a com0lete upgrade. It was way too expensive for what we got.

“Easy check-in and check-out. Polite staff, and clean rooms.”
+The location was great we were only 20 min from the event we were attending. The room was nice as well as the water pressure. The Air works great and kept the room nice and cold.
−I wish there were more fresh fruit options. We are always on the go, bananas, oranges, and apples are our go to for breakfast. The location was clean it just looks like it needs a little update.

“I would never stay at this location again and certainly not recommend it.”
+Location.
−I received little to NO room service. Lack of towels. One full room service in 8 day stay. Waste basket overflowing and just ignored, “fresh towels” were provided inconsistently. Poor drainage in tub. When I returned from a days work there were no fresh towels in my room. I went to front desk to ask for fresh towels I was told they were all being laundered. (This was at 10 pm). Another time I was simply provided towels when “again” I had to go ask for fresh towels. I am absolutely stunned that such poor service is provided!!! Not once did I see an individual cleaning rooms only a cart standing in the hall. I could not even switch to the second bed to have clean sheets because the bed was too wallowed out. Needs a new mattress in room 108!!
