“Not worth the money, run down, outdated and staff not attentive”
+The sheets were clean
−Run down overall, broken furniture and things everywhere, half-sized pillows, 2 tiny towels, carpet filthy, AC was VERY loud, blinds cheap and broken, didn’t block any light. When arrived we were ignored by the 2 ladies behind the counter for a good while. The one lady told the other she just mopped the bathrooms and the other one can use the water and mop to mop the breakfast area. Stay was prepaid and the lady tried to collect the fee again claiming it wasn’t paid. Check in took a good 20-25 min because of being ignored and the billing issue which wasn’t great at 11pm.

“Mold, Drugs, and Poop - Didn't stay, and not worth the price.”
+The front desk and housekeeping staff were genuinely pleasant and stood out as the only pleasant part of our experience. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, understanding, and apologetic about our concerns, and they offered solutions, but it wasn't enough to keep us at the property.
−The hotel is on the main drag in Stuart, so I expected it to be busy, and I was willing to let the rotten-bleach smell in the lobby slide. But the photos and Google Street View were really misleading, as the rooms have sliding glass doors that open right to the parking lot and street. They looked like painted alcoves in the pictures and on Street View. If I'd known they were doors, I never would have booked for safety reasons. Going back now and looking at the booking photos, most of them aren't even of this property. On the way to our room, we passed two people who had very clearly just shot up. I'm not judging these people, but I am judging my own safety, and now we really didn't feel safe. The room smelled like mildew and dirty cleaning supplies (like when you leave the mop bucket out for too long). There were small black splotches and hair stuck on the walls. I wiped down the desk and chair myself before sitting in them, but the tv stand was clearly not wiped down. When I went to use the restroom and inspected it before I used it, I saw that there was still fecal matter under the toilet seat and in the bowl. There were also white/grey stains on the dark brown bed skirt, and the
