“Not worth the stay!”
−The hotel charged ownership in the last week, it is not a Quality Inn anymore. My husband and I walked in and I started to cough. We checked in and went to the room, by the time I got into the room, my throat was so sore and hurting. I had an asthma attack because of the smell. We walked out, talked to the gentleman at the front desk and told him that we were not staying, and would there be any way to get a refund. He told us to call back that next morning and talk to the manager. I called back and was refunded my stay!

“Bed bug city”
+Nothing
−Broken elevator, 1st room the lock on the wi dow was broken so we changed rooms for safety. Got back to the hotel after being out all day and saw a bed bug crawl on the wall. Immediately left and went home. I paid for this room I never got to use.

“Nasty”
+Nothing
−It was nasty. The bathroom door had a hole in the bottom of it from where an animal had ripped the corner off. The rags were stained with blood from where females washed with them on their cycle, the beds were hard, I could not even use the shower because it had black in it.

“Quality Inn will be my choice for future trips.”
+No smoking-I didn’t have to worry about getting sick from the smell of pot. I am also extremely afraid of dogs and this facility is pet free.
−I can’t think of anything that displeased me.
