+The woman working the front desk was amazing, she actually cared about the people staying here and cater to every need. (I also think besides a few housekeepers that she’s the only guest facing one working here) but she was the best part of the stay.
−Rooms are way smaller than they appear, smell of mildew and mold throughout the halls, shower has mold, shower floor was cracked so you just know water is going under the shower lining and molding. Bugs in room dead on floor (spiders and a single baby roach) no bedbugs from what I saw but be sure to leave your luggage on a luggage rack to be safe. Holes in walls, rooms not cleaned very well… (I don’t ask for much, but maybe a basic vacuuming would suffice) we stayed for a concert in Louisville so there was a shortage of open hotels and it was one of the cheap available options. I see why now. Splurge a bit and get yourself a better room elsewhere. If you need a cheap place and are on an extreme budget and all other places are sold out, this place can be ok for a night just don’t expect much.

“We stay here once a week when we do geneology in the area”
+We liked the waffles. Good selection of cereal muffins. The lady at the desk was very helpful. Showed me how to work the waffle machine. Room was ok.
−Room smelled musty. Big complaint..the bathtub was very slippery. We are seniors and was very afraid we would fall in the tub. Tv cabinet was tippy.

“Won’t use this motel again.”
+Didn’t use
−Ants in room. Not given a different room. Told no room available, room down the hall was empty and was still empty the next morning. Friends room had ants in their room also. Did not have snack machine. Booked a handicapped room with roll in shower with queen bed. Got a double room no walk in shower and was told they had no such room. We booked on booking.com. Shower had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. Hair dryer was about to fall off the wall. Found a candy bar someone left in a drawer.

“DO NOT BOOK HERE”
+This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to!! We’ve been shown three different rooms. ALL beds have gross stains on them, ants all in one bathroom and mildew all in the ceiling. Bedding is DISGUSTING!! Refuse to refund!!!(did not book through to advisor)
