“Just needs some TLC!”
+Location. Size of room. Some of staff could be friendlier.
−Room needed a deep cleaning. Dust in corners, on top of trim. When you walked on the wood floor your feet turned black. Shower needs a longer shower curtain and needs a new shower head. Need to purchase more towels. When we got there we had 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. Room 113.

I was told I could speak with the general manager, but as of Thursday, four days later, I still had not received a phone call. When I asked for contact information for someone above the general manager, staff refused to provide it. I felt my concerns were completely disregarded, and there was no real effort to resolve any of the issues we experienced. We also noticed people frequently hanging around the parking lot and meeting up with other vehicles. This made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about the overall atmosphere and safety of the property. Overall, this was a
