+Location was great! Parking was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−The pool and hottub were disgusting. Found a pair of used men’s underwear behind the couch. TV and internet were not very good. Noted a number of fire code contraventions without looking for this.

+The Quality Inn comes with good potential. Room size was good for a short stay, well equipped with fridge/freezer, TV, microwave and coffee/tea maker. The facilities it offers are a good variety, from access to the gym to pool and hot tub. Did not try the restaurant. Although the reception was not covered at our arrival, the lady came in as soon as we called her. She was very kind and pleasant. Check in and out was very smooth.
−The place seemed understaffed. facilities like the pool and hot tub require maintenance and cleaning. There were no available towels as all of them were used by other guests. The washroom was not looked after, there were towels all over the room and the showers were not well maintained. It clearly would have benefitted from a maintenance and a good clean. The hot tub had high level of chlorine to the point my eyes were burning. It was also foamy with yellow traces in the foam. I found the room at 12 C, very cold. I would suggest to set up the heater to a temperature so that new guests feel comfortable and that they are being looked after. The bathroom as a consequence, was freezing cold and very uncomfortable. Dust on the coffee maker. Potentially it could be a good place for a short stay, but it lacks of maintenance.
