+Nothing, the service was poor. The room was dirty, and you could smell the aftermath of someone smoking drugs. The floor had not been moped in a while. I would not recommend no one stay there.
−The service was very poor. Dirty room and the toilet was not attached well. The room was smelly. You can see hair lying on the bed from other quests.

+Good breakfast
−There is a real need for maintenance and new furnishings and bedding. There was a stained comforter on the bed with a hole from an obvious cigarette burn in it. This needs to be thrown out and replaced. It set the mood for my whole stay

“It was adequate for our price range but staff need to keep their voices lower when passing by a room”
+The attendant at breakfast was exceptional. The food choice was minimal and my wife with a dietary issue had a challenge getting her breakfast without butter and grease,
−They placed us at the back of the hotel in the farthest room. We had been on a red-eye flight and were trying to catch up with some sleep. Staff were very loud talking with each other as they did there work. Large trucks were also parked near our room and we were awakened early each morning as they fired up. Didn't get much quality sleep. The bathtub surface was slippery and two 80+ year-olds had to be very careful climbing in and out of the tub after our showers. I slipped while showering.

“A great value overall and the breakfast was delicious!”
+The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality and restaurant staff was wonderful.
−The rooms and building is a little dated but that is reflected in the price. Overall it is a great value!
