“Pathetic”
+The spa bath
−Everything from being lied to about room service and dirty outdoor furniture… carpet staples protruding that caused a minor injury… the bed was an absolute nightmare… and once again .. the crap about being able to get dinner and breakfast despite the restaurant being under construction

“"Hidden Gem for a Quick Stay!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
+Needed a place to crash for 1 night, and I am so glad we chose this spot!! It was super quiet, stylish, spacious and squeaky clean. The parking right outside the door made unloading our bags effortless. I must say the high-pressure hot water in the shower was just amazing and check-out was a breeze. Couldn't have asked for a better night stay

“Convenient for what we were attending.”
+It was convenient.
−Attention to detail on cleaning was lacking. An example the corners of the shower had dust in them. On check in we were not informed that the restaurant was closed for renovation. But the menu for the restaurant was still in the room. There was no local information in the room and no instructions on how to use the telephone even to call reception.

“VERY POOR DO NOT RECOMMEND”
+Bed was comfortable
−Bathroom window broken and all the mosquitoes came in. Before booking the facilities said heated pool, got there and there were 5 dead frogs in the pool and it was cold. Gym poor, very poor and no lighting was working. Doesn’t look like the gardens are maintained and the outdoor area had bird poop where the water and that outdoor cover was. Really bad, restaurant is getting renovated and they didn’t say that on booking. Paid $300 deposit and that was the 3rd October and I’m still waiting. Wouldn’t stay here again.

“Great stay as usual”
+Space, kitchen facilities proximity to shopping and eating out. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−Bathroom maintenance required, shower holder for soap etc fell from the wall. Water on the floor after showering was a bit dangerous and only a small bathmat provided to mop it up.

+The location and privacy was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was very promt and quick even when having to contact the onsite manager.
−The room itself needs updating. There were scuff marks over the wall, the shower grouting/silicone has mould and there was long hair on the floor.

+Love the scenery, & the the distance between the rooms.
−My partner and I weren’t comfortable in the bed. We felt itchy under the covers.

+Roomy. Good fridge and tv. Good parking. Heat pump good.
−Towels... only given 2, a bathmat and 2 face cloths. No handcloths. Twice had to ask for more. Not enough dishwasher liquid... had to use my shampoo to do dishes. Not enough china or cutlery. No extra pillows. And only one extra blanket which was thin. I was disappointed.
