“It was alright”
+The staff seemed nice and the beds were comfy.
−The breakfast hot food could have been better. It tasted like it was out for a bit and I went as soon as the breakfast opened. That's another thing I didn't like the times the breakfast opened were really late.

“Friendly staff, great rooms, breakfast and location.”
+I booked for my sister-in-law to stay. She said the lady at reception was very pleasant, so were other staff members from Ukraine, the rooms were great and so was the breakfast. So many thanks :)

−Beds and bathrooms a little small. But it's not a major gripe

“Just about passable, would not return”
+Convenient location
−Two of front desk staff were miserable on their phones with coats on. No eye contact let alone a greet. Very out dated

+Good location
−Sink was clogged a little, this should've been checked earlier. Luckily was only there for the night.

“Great value for money, clean, welcoming with free parking.”
+This is a 3 star hotel and facilities were exactly as expected. Reception was staffed and welcoming. The entire hotel including the room and bathroom were clean. There was a kettle, tea & coffee a small desk. Most importantly for my wife, a mirror with a power socket nearby for a hair dryer!. Location right in Finchly Rd is super convenient for local shops, restaurants & transport. Parking on site was easy and free (small car park on first come first served basis but we parked at check in with no problem). Breakfast was included but we did not take it as we were meeting others elsewhere. We will definitely stay again
−The only minor point was that the pillows were quite high. Maybe they could put one small and one large rather than two large on each side of the bed. They were comfortable and perfectly clean though.
