“Incredible views and hospitality”
+Staff were incredible. Mohammad at reception and Gemmy up top in the cafe made my stay bliss. Mohammad shared hawashi with me cooked by his mother and Gemmy gave me countless free mint teas up top!! But it was the smiles and warmth from both of them that really made the difference. Amazing hospitality. And the view as well.... Out of this world. Also got a free upgrade of my room!
−Wifi. Should be fixed within the week but this was very unreliable. Only downside of otherwise magnificent stay!

+Due to work commitments, I had to extend my stay in Cairo for another week, and of course I chose this hotel again. Everything was outstanding. The young staff members who serve breakfast and work in the lounge are some of the kindest people in the world. Jimmy is especially attentive,he genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. Once again, staying here felt like being in a second home. Thank you so much! Now I know exactly where I’ll be staying every time I visit Egypt. 🙏🙏

“Espectacular!!!”
+Everything was amazing! Jimmy is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed. Honestly, everyone here was wonderful,from the rooftop restaurant staff to the waitresses. They all made me feel truly at home. The breakfast with that breathtaking view is an experience in itself,absolutely beautiful! I 100% recommend staying here, and I sincerely hope to be back at my home in Egypt very soon. ❤️🇪🇬

“Unprofessional”
−It was a last minute cancellation from the hotel side due to maintance (which I understood and wanted to help) However the person managing reservations is rude and unprofessional at all. They kept asking me to cancel from my end instead of taking accountability and cancel from their side as it's the hotel issue not the guest. Booking.com handled the situation but anyway the hotel itself after complaining no one did anything and obviously this person is the same one answers phones and messages on Booking. The place needs to focus more in hiring professional people who can work in hospitality. I started to feel that the reviews you have just fake ones!

+The place was amazing the rooms were clean and were very comfortable.The staff was the best all of them were so kind and helpful at all times. The view from the rooftop was insane and the food was also really good at the rooftop while having affordable prices. All the staff were generous as well.
−Just a little small shower but its not a problem with all the positives this place has.

+This is a truly memorable hotel. Although the room was simple, it was very clean. The upstairs restaurant offers a wonderful view, which was a real highlight. Most importantly, the hotel owner provided excellent service. When I was sick, he took me to buy medicine. He was very polite, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about how I felt. Since I had an early flight and could not have breakfast at the hotel, he even prepared some food separately for me to take on the road. If I come back next time, I will definitely stay here again.

“Excellent Giza hotel with incredible terrace views of the pyramids”
+Awesome location with stunning views of the pyramids from the hotel terrace/restaurant, and with a colossal & delicious complementary breakfast there is no better view with which to start each day. The room was spacious (with a balcony) and the bed comfortable, with a hot & powerful shower. The host family is super kind, were always available and arranged transport to Dahshur
−I couldn't seem to get the wifi to work but as this happened to me all over Cairo/Giza it may have been to do with my phone rather than the hotel's wifi. Everything else was great :)
