+We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is very welcoming, and proactively asked for our arrival time so he can coordinate. After we arrived, we are feeling tired to go out, so we decided to order Hawawshi from the hotel's food menu. It cost around $12, however the taste is surprisingly good. Definitely worth its price & recommended for who are interested to try a local dish! On the next day, we visited the pyramids which the entrance is just 5-minute walk away. And because our flight is at midnight 2.15am, so we requested for a late checkout at 9pm with just extra $15 charge. This saved us so much travel stress and made our trip much more relaxing. This hotel was a major highlight of our trip and definitely made our visit to the pyramids easy and comfortable. It deserves a much higher rating! Highly recommended!

“Terrible”
+The rooftop was the only nice thing; the rest was awful. They never gave us any juice. On the first day, it was bread with coffee and fried eggs. On the second day, the same thing, except with scrambled eggs and local bread.
−The staff kept bothering me trying to sell me tours even though I already had everything planned. I told them I had everything, and they kept insisting every day at breakfast. They lied to me about the laundry service. I asked for laundry service and they charged me $1 per item. I told them I needed it the next day because I was traveling at noon, and they gave me all my clothes folded but still wet. I got angry and told them they were not honest. They said it was because I gave them the clothes late and that they don’t have a dryer, only dry clothes in the sun. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT. They only said everything would be ready the next morning, and they charged me for the whole service in advance. And it’s in a horrible area. I would never return in my life.

−1. La ubicación es pésima, se siente mucha inseguridad. 2. PAGUÉ POR UN CUARTO Y DIERON OTRO! Pregunte antes y hasta me mandaron fotos del cuarto que reserve y el día del check in me dieron otro. No se hicieron cargo. 3. Me dijeron que podian darme una caja con mi desayuno antes de la hora normal del desayuno para ir a mi tour. Esa mañana nadie respondió por el desayuno y tuve que irme a hacer un tour de 8-9 horas sin comer. 4. Primer día el internet no funciono en todo el día, dije que necesitaba organizar mis tours y hablar con mi familia y solo se enfocaron en intentar venderme un tour, que no necesitaba internet para eso. 4. Llegué al cuarto y encontré cabellos en la cama. 5. El desayuno no es el mismo que se muestra en las fotos, se ve completo y no lo es. 6. Te acosan mucho para intentar venderte un tour, aunque les digas que ya tienes tours agendados intentan venderte uno. Sin mencionar que sus precios son caros y pueden encontrar más económicos en las plataformas. 7. Ojo al elegir alojamientos en guiza, hay muchos como este que son casas que el ultimo tiempo quisieron ser hoteles. Eso explica la falta de experiencia y profesionalismo. +Otele gece vardık yerleştik. altı kişi olarak kaldık ve suit oda verildi bizim için çok yeterliydi.Otel yeni sayılmaz, ama fiyat performans oteliydi. Ödediğimizin karşılığını hizmet olarak fazlasıyla aldık. Malumunuz üzere Giza sokaklarında alışılmadık nahoş bir koku var. Ancak otel çok temizdi, hiç koku yoktu, çok memnun kaldık. Bizle ilgilenen Tarık abiye çok teşekkür ederiz. Manzaraası mükemmel. Gizli bilet gişesine ulaşımı üç 5 dakika. Tek kelimeyle harika

+接待我们的男工作人员很热情，早餐可以，吃饭在顶楼，风景不错。房间大小合适，浴室的热水没问题，是无法拿下来的那种花洒，如果要洗澡洗头的话你得动作快点，因为热水的时间有点短。离金字塔入口很近，我想导航走路过去也就六分钟？
−我以为会在这住了顺利的一天，但是崩溃的事情来了，我们在退房当天很早就退了房，上午九点半就退房了。退房时没说什么。然后下午四点左右的时候，房东突然发消息给我说我们把椅子弄坏了，要求赔偿500埃镑。我看了那个椅子表面，像是被什么烫的东西把表面的皮给烫出几个坑。但是这个椅子是放在厕所门口的，而那里的椅子我们只用来放过换洗的衣物。突然和我说椅子被烫坏了要赔500埃镑真不能接受。如果是我们造成的我会全部承担毕竟也不贵，但是真不是我造成的让我出钱我会不情愿。和房东争执了好一会，一定要我们赔钱。我说我只能出一部分钱，而且我出钱的理由不是我破坏了椅子，而是我没有在退房后把门关好也没有拍照证明房间内家具的完好无损，最后出了300埃镑。这个事情告诉大家出门在外退房的时候最好拍个照或者把门关好。现在想想也许是我们退房的时候没有随手关门，门一直敞开着，保洁是下午才进房间打扫卫生的，这期间进去了什么人也不知道。除开这件事情以外别的事情都没有不满的。
