1.0“If you're gnarly and want to save £30 then maybe worth it if you want to feel like a human I wouldn't do it”
+Price and location
−- Insect bites (potentially bed bugs) - random boiler noises at 3 am in the morning -Window rattling letting a lot of noise in all night -I literally couldn't fit in the shower and i'm not exactly fat -it's just not nice

2.0“Apart from its convenient location, this hotel was a complete disappointment, with unacceptable cond”
+The only thing I liked about this property was its location. However, this is an advantage of the surrounding area rather than a reflection of the hotel's own quality. Everything else about my stay was a complete disappointment.
−One of the most disappointing hotel experiences in many years of travelling I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. I have travelled extensively throughout my life and stayed in well over a thousand hotels around the world, ranging from luxury five-star hotels to very modest accommodation. I know perfectly well what to expect from a three-star hotel, and I do not demand five-star comfort for a three-star price. However, this property did not come close to meeting even reasonable three-star standards. I could have accepted the very basic facilities and the general lack of comfort. The real problem, however, was something much more serious: the advertised Wi-Fi was effectively unusable in our room. Reliable internet access is absolutely essential for my professional work. My wife, who is also my producer, and I needed to prepare for our working days, communicate and access work-related materials. We specifically booked accommodation advertised as providing Wi-Fi. In reality, the only place where the internet worked with any degree of reliability was a tiny communal kitchen downstairs, where other guests prepared and ate their meals. There were barely two places to

3.0+Location
−This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely filthy and disgustingly dirty. It clearly hadn’t even been properly swept, there were fingernails on the floor. There was hair in the shower, and there were only a few sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom. Only one towel for everything and even that towel was far from clean. On top of the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene, the soundproofing was practically non-existent. You could hear everything from outside, as well as every noise and conversation coming from the neighbouring rooms. For the price I paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and unfortunately, neither was provided here. Horible experience!!! I definitely do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

5.0“Ok for a night to attend a concert and travel by train”
+A couple of minutes from Paddington station on foot. Cafes and coffee shops along the same road. Air con seemed really efficient. Bottles of water provided in room. Also tea and coffee facilities.
−We booked two rooms, one of which looked like the shower cubicle hadn’t been regularly cleaned (we opted not to use it). Check in from 2pm but we couldn’t get into either room when we arrived after 2. We didn’t get into the second room until nearer to 3pm. This is annoying when the property makes a point of getting you to commit to a time slot when you think you will arrive.

8.0“Good value for money, would stay again next time.”
+Super friendly and helpful staff they let me store my belongings before check in time, room was ready when I rocked up to the property for the early 2pm self check-in. Big and spacious room for the price. Air-conditioned and comfy bed. The room was clean, modern and have all the basics you would need. Cannot beat the location which is just a short walk from the railway/tube station
−No lift which might not be suitable for people with disability. No handwash liquid provided. Window won't stay open to let some fresh air in.

7.0“Could be better, could be worse.”
+During the heat wave, we were really pleased that the room had air conditioning, and it worked very well throughout our stay. When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who let us know that the room was not quite ready yet, but they were happy to store our bags until it was available, which was helpful. The location is good for Hyde Park. It is not directly on the doorstep, but it is within a very manageable walking distance if you don’t mind a short stroll. The surrounding area is also a real positive, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. As soon as you book, they reach out to you and check in to see if you have any questions or anything.
−When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, despite check-in being advertised as from 2pm. There were quite a few people waiting in the reception area, which is very small and quickly became crowded. Once we were assigned our room, there was no lift available, which made getting to the room inconvenient. The room itself was extremely disappointing. Although it was advertised as a large double room, it was actually very small. The layout was poor, and the bed could only be accessed from one side, meaning you had to climb over it to get in. The bed was positioned right next to the window, so traffic noise was very noticeable. I was woken at 5am by a loud motorbike horn, which was not the kind of wake-up call anyone wants. The room also lacked basic comforts. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none in the bedroom. It would have been a nice touch to have some complimentary water provided, especially given the size and price of the room. A better layout, a larger bed, and more thoughtful use of the space would have made a big difference. Noise was another issue. The doors do not seem to be well soundproofed, and we could clearly hear doors slamming in the corridor and noise from
