+The bed was very comfortable, the location on Hyde Park was walking distance to the busier city central which we prefer. Joe Black Cafe is close by and has the most delicious breakfast.
−There was no coffee station in the lobby and the room coffee was pretty harsh. Not many restaurants nearby

“I always love staying here, with its amazing staff and convenient location!”
+So convenient to a lot of the city. The staff are always exceptional and friendly, and it’s always spotlessly clean.
−The whole place is amazing (including the staff)! The bathrooms are slightly dated would be my only (very very minor) criticism. They are clean and perfectly functional, just for the reputation of Pullman I just feel they could be modernised.

“Friendly staff and great location made for a great stay.”
+Beautiful location on Hyde Park with great park views. Very conveniently located for transport links with Museum station a short walk away. Every staff member was helpful and very friendly.
−Room for 3 people only had cups, mugs, spoons etc for 2 people and the coffee supply was limited to two coffee pods and two decaf sachets. Plenty of tea bags but the coffee supply could have been better. Definitely should have had amenities for 3 people
