“I wouldn't charge close to $150 for a tiny bathroom.”
+I'm a cigeratte smoker--I was very happy I was able to smoke right outside my door!
−Tiny bathroom.

“Poor stay in a poor hotel.”
+Nothing
−It was dirty and we had a room right by the road. It was very noisy all night. The “breakfast” was very limited

“I am very disappointed with the hotel and will never go back.”
+The staff was pleasant, very nice. The shuttle and driver were convenient from and to the airport. The other hotels have this service also.
−The entry to the room was dirt and pine needles caked on the thresh hold. The carpet in the room was filthy. It stunk so badly it was hard to sleep. We arrived very late so we just laid down because we had to be up early the next morning. I booked the room at the end of July so I was given the summer rates of $235.00 per night. that is the price I paid for a room that was gross. I checked the rate of the rooms before leaving home and they were approximately $80.00 to $120.00. That would have been to much for the room we were given.

“Horrible Breakfast, Run down Hotel, but good location.”
+Location
−The room smelled horrible. The Breakfast was awful. The Hotel was run down. Even though they said the rooms were renovated, they were still run down. The exterior of the hotel where the rooms are was falling apart. I could barely open my hotel room door. I would never stay here again.

“Cheap hotel in a bad neighborhood. We saw 3 guests change rooms because of something broken.”
+Breakfast was nice and the staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean. The shuttle was on time both to and from the airport. There is really nothing else good to say about this hotel unless you want me to say the staff responded to our requests to change rooms because of problems with the rooms we were assigned?
−Rooms were small. In our first room, the air conditioner didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, and the lock was broken. They switched our room. It was not a safe neighborhood to be in at all. I would suggest a different hotel.

+It was convenient to the airport. Fridge was nice to have in the room.
−Lots of transient people in the area, did not feel safe walking around. The room needs new furniture. The bed was awful and the linens were dingy. It felt dirty. Especially for the price , wouldn't stay here again.
