“Very nice location, room can be better”
+The location is extraordinary. The neighborhood is super pretty and is close to restaurants, stores and a metro station. The host gave us breakfast coupons for a bakery that is very close. You have a coffee and a croissant; the local common breakfast, the bakery is DELICIOUS!. We have a couple of complains during our stay, and the host solved them almost indeterminately.
−We think that this place have seen better days. Probably our expectations were driven for very nice and professional pictures. The place is not bad, but it needs some love: walls and taps have stains and furniture already have tear material. Include nightstands would be good. There was a particular picture that gave us the idea that there was a washing machine to use: and in fact, it was there but you can't use it. We must say it wasn't written anywhere that you have a washing machine service, but with the picture there, it was confusing. Also room service was mentioned, but not available there, so we guess it means cleaning service. We also think is important to mention that there are a lot of stairs to get there, and no elevator so if you have heavy luggage or a mobility restriction, keep that in mind. Host was nice, but communication was very limited, we guess, due to language.

“Wonderful”
+The rooms are wonderful with a patio that you could get outside; the location is perfect. Everything was neet and clean.
−There is no elevator, and too many stairs, so for travelers with big suitcases, this is not an optimal option.

+Buona posizione, in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina ai principali monumenti. La camera è assolutamente silenziosa, pulita e bene illuminata. Anche il bagno è rifornito di tutto.
−Il letto è comodo, ma un po' piccolo. In generale la camera da letto è piuttosto piccola ed è difficile trovare un posto per collocare la valigia. La colazione è in un bar ed è limitata a caffè e un croissant. Il principale punto a sfavore però è stata l'impossibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito, nonostante fosse incluso nella descrizione dei servizi.

+Accoglienza e pulizia, camera spaziosa con confort. La signora è sempre molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente pulito e in posizione eccezionale, ma anche silenziosa ed è forse la caratteristica che a noi è piaciuta di più. Torneremo con molto piacere
−Per arrivare alla struttura bisogna salire un po' di scalini essendo ubicata al secondo piano, niente di impossibile comunque ma può essere stancante dopo una giornata di visite in città.

−La colazione inclusa era convenzionata con una pasticceria della zona, ma la scelta disponibile era piuttosto limitata. Sarebbe utile segnalare in anticipo quando la colazione viene servita esternamente, poiché nelle foto della struttura compaiono immagini di cibo sui tavoli della terrazza, e la decisione di scegliere un alloggio piuttosto che un altro può dipendere anche da questo tipo di servizio.
