“Loved it!”
+We jst needed a bed for the night before meeting friends on the Sat am...after a long commute round the m25 on a stormy Fri eve we reached our destination ( v easy with Sat nav)...we were blown away when we opened the door...such a gorgeous conversion. Everything finished to a high spec...the bath in the room was simply divine. It was just the relaxation we needed. The village was gorgeous and we went for an early morning walk through the fields before breakfast which was sooo lovely. Breakfast was gorgoeus...soft boiled eggs, coffee, toast with jam and avocado...fresh mild and water in the fridge. Cosy bed...we slept like babies. So chuffed we found this place...will be a bench mark for all other bookings!!
−Not obvious how to communicate directly with hosts for breakfast time etc as booked directly though booking but all was fine.

“Good convenient place to stay for our purposes.”
+Breakfast was very good and our host very friendly and helpful. The pub in the village was lovely - serving very good food and had super friendly staff and owner. The village to very charming.
−Would have prefered a wider door on the bathroom - as it was a sliding barn door, and it was only just wide enough for the door space, it did mean there was a lack of privacy when using the bathroom!

“B in B. If only everyone did this for "self catering".”
+Super bijou modern suite in a tall cowshed conversion. Idyllic location and friendly host. We weren't sure about the room service beforehand but it made the stay. Breakfast delivered in bed at 10 am. Bliss.
−Maybe parking advice and directions for strangers could be a bit clearer? Only suggestion we can think of after a few u- turns.

+Very comfortable, quiet accommodation with a good breakfast included. A short walk through the village to a fine pub for evening meals. Well situated to visit Hever Castle and the surrounding area.

+Good location, nicely presented property.
−Breakfast was healthy, fruit, avocado, egg, muesli, but no cheese, ham etc to make it a continental. It is located south of the M25 so expect higher prices, that said for the £135 per night would have liked full English, or at least ham and cheese etc.

“A cosy and peaceful spot in a lovely quiet village”
+The property is cosy and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was delicious. The village and surroundings village are both peaceful and delightful. There is a good country pub which serves food a short walk away.

+Very peaceful and matched the description. Breakfast was great!
−I didn't have any towels in the first of the two rooms I booked, so had to share with my friend. Wifi password wasn't available in my room, but was in my friend's room.
