“Nice enough but disappointed in the end.”
+Location, beautiful scenery all around
−Says they have internet but it never worked in our room. They had a wedding below our room with a DJ and dancing. It went until 12:30 AM. No communication about the event and they could have cared less that it kept us awake.

“We dealt with sewage smell and filth the entire time.”
+Good location
−Dirty wine glasses upon arrival. They were cloudy and caked with fingerprints and water stains. Dirty bedsheets with black fur and/or hair on them Black mold in bathroom. Cobwebs throughout room. ********* When we arrived, the windows were open. We didn’t think anything about it, until we closed them. That was when we noticed that the bathroom smelled of raw sewage. We alerted staff to this and they said they would fix it while we were at dinner. After dinner we came back to a bathroom that still smelled of sewage, but with an added smell of chemicals. When we alerted staff of the smell, you could tell they knew about it. This is a big red flag and a problem. The room should NOT have been rented out for the night if they knew about the issue. Disgusting and unacceptable. We were going to leave the property, but by the time we arrived back after dinner it was 22:00 and no nearby properties had availablity. The property is also swarmed by mosquitoes. This isn’t necessarily their fault, but it definitely affected our experience at the property. My husband and I had at least 10 mosquito welts each in the morning when we awoke.

“The perfect location to experience the Brda region.”
+Pri Marjotu is very nice place on a perfect location to visit the Brda region. Gregor was very kind and helpful during our short stay. We were able to rent E-bikes on the spot and Gregor called some wineries to set-up a wine-tasting for us. The location is beautiful, on top of a hill with an amazing view all around. From the room, the parking, the observation tower and even from the restaurant we were able to enjoy this amazing view.

“A super stay in a beautiful location!”
+A beautiful location, spacious & comfy room, friendly hosts and superb breakfast sat on the terrace overlooking the vineyard. I’m not sure you could ask for much more!

“Nádherná lokalita, pohodlné ubytování a vřelé přijetí i služby během pobytu.”
+Nádherná lokalita uprostřed vinic na vršku s rozhlednou a nádhernými výhledy. Končí zde cesta, takže minimální provoz a velmi klidné prostředí - po hlavní sezóně jsme byli v místě téměř sami. Ubytování velmi pohodlné, za příplatek výborná bohatá snídaně, velmi dobře připravená, chutná a rozmanitá. Velmi příjemný zážitek - děkujeme!
−Vše bylo podle očekávání, vyskytlo se jen pár drobných závad zcela určitě daných běžným opotřebením po náročné letní sezóně. Potřeba seřízení zámků u dveří či uvolněná klička nejsou ničím problematickým a jistě bude obratem provedeno. Žádný problém naše ubytování nenarušil.

“Super séjour dans cette jolie maison d’hôtes.”
+Magnifique maison avec une vue imprenable sur les collines et les vignobles. Emplacement très pratique à 3 minutes de la jolie petite ville de Smartno. Grande chambre bien équipée avec vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner délicieux.
−Dommage que le restaurant était fermé car la vue de la terrasse était magnifique.

“Artisanaal, charmant verblijf in de bergen”
+Een erg charmant hotelletje, proper en gezellig.
−Het gebouw werd oorspronkelijk duidelijk niet gebouwd als hotel, waardoor je je bagage trappen moet op sleuren, er geen duidelijk aangeduide receptie is enz.
