“A good place to stay for an early flight.”
+We had a good stay! We booked this place as we had an early flight the next morning, and the location was perfect for getting to the airport on time. The rooms were spacious, communication was excellent, and were quick to respond to messages. We received all the information we needed in advance, which made everything easy and straightforward. A good place to stay, especially if you’re flying from Belfast City Airport.

+All good, v.helpful staff member (lucky I knocked on right door).
−Only to add - on the room cleaning the light pull cord bathroom is dirty (replace) and a wipe down of the doors to get dirt smudges off .

“The accommodation was fine for the money but I would not stay again.”
+The location was great for where I needed to be
−The door rattled in the room every time another door was closed in the building and the gap was so bad it let in a lot of light from the hallway. I had one single towel for my 5 night stay. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. The room needed hoovered.

+Nice, quiet room and posted quiet times for everyone staying there. Clean, cute little B n B about a 1.5 km walk from Sydenham Train station. Sydney station is only about a 15-20 train ride into central Belfast. The main station.

“Grand”
+Room was grand but there was no proper window. I would prefer to be somewhere more central. There was no sink/running water in the communal area.
−See above. Window in bedroom. Sink downstairs.

“Good location near airport and Belfast city at a very reasonable price with clean and comfortable facilities.”
+Close to the airport, very clean with a comfortable bed and at a very reasonably low cost.
−The property was difficult to locate as we arrived at night, it needs a better bolder sign and lighting from the road as the drive way there is long and narrow and behind another B n B facility, our taxi driver thought it difficult to locate and turn back around at the end of driveway but other than that, all good for a quick stay before catching our plane home.

“Convenient”
+Great location with a bus to the city centre right outside the property. Parking was as listed and the room was okay for the money we paid. Good as a base for an overnight stop.
