“A beautiful, bustling city,the central tourist area,with an active nightlife”
+The property is a very large villa featuring on-site parking on the ground floor,with five covered spaces plus additional parking available in front of them; the owners reside on the ground floor, while the guest rooms are located on the upper floors. The room is large and spacious, featuring a very big terrace with views of the main street, the sea, and the citadel. The property is clean and conveniently located: a 5-minute walk from the beach (3 minutes from the pedestrian and bazaar area), a leisurely 5-minute walk from the seafront promenade, and a 5-6 minute walk to the citadel (all situated to the left as you exit the guesthouse). Additionally, the area with restaurants, pubs, and cafes is located to the right, along the same main street
−The air conditioning unit in Room 4,the room where I stayed,is positioned in such a way that the airflow blows directly onto the heads of the people sleeping in the bed; the airflow is very strong,even on the lowest speed and night mode,and can cause headaches (in other rooms, it is positioned towards the foot of the bed, which is better). BUT I knew this from the photos,that there were rooms with this specific AC placement,AND WE ACCEPTED THAT!!!

+Tutto era pulito e in ordine, i letti erano molto comodi. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La terrazza era spaziosa e offriva una splendida vista sul mare e sul centro storico. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, a soli tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia piccola. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e supermercati e, cosa molto importante, dispone di un garage privato per l'auto. Complimenti per tutto.

“Exceptional”
+I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Ulcinj. The location is perfect- just a few minutes walk from the Small Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the free parking , which is a big plus during the busy season when its very hard to find a spot. Excellent value for price.I highly recommend this place.

+I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation! The family hosting us was incredibly kind and welcoming. The place had ample parking space, which was very convenient, and it was located near a small beach, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

+Alles in hand bereik. Stad, zee, vanaf de accommodatie was alles niet eens 6 min lopen. Gast heer/mevrouw waren echt vriendelijk en spontaan. voor volgende keer zeker weer een plek om te blijven. Dank jullie wel Arta.

“Hauptsasion sehr voll-Preis ok”
+Die Lage ist gut. Hauptstrand und Nebenstrände super erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super zuvorgekommen und sehr freundlich. Sie machen den Aufenthalt einem sehr schön.
−Die Wohnung bzw. Zimmer ist leider renovierngsbedürftig. Und nur bedingt kinderfreundlich.

+A deluxe szobát foglaltuk a párommal, és maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. A szoba makulátlanul tiszta volt, új bútorokkal felszerelve, pont mint a képen. A fürdőszoba is gyönyörű, szappan, tusfürdő bekészítve. A klíma tökéletesen működött, ágynemű és törölköző is volt. Az erkélyen kis konyhasarok van berendezve hűtővel, mosogatóval, főzőlappal és néhány tányérral, evőeszközzel és pohárral. A szobában ajándék kávé és tea várt a vízforraló mellett. A tulajdonos rendkívül kedves, segítőkész, az eddigi legjobb vendéglátó, akivel talalkoztunk. Parkolóhely az apartman alatt fedett részen van, ami szuper a forgalmas belvárosban. A strand 5 perc, az óváros 10. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, nem fog csalódni.
