−The room had a strong smell of smoke, despite being designated as non-smoking. The odor was overwhelming.

“It was a cost effective stay with clean room and nice staff.”
+I mainly liked the staff, cleanliness of the room, facilities were maintained, and I liked that the location was close to the freeway.
−I did notice there were some sketchy people staying in one of the rooms, but they did not bother me. Another thing I did not like was the wood put by the window to keep people from breaking in. It made me think the area was not safe. Afterwards, I did hear from a friend that the city of Concord can be dangerous.

+The lady who helped me was very polite and made me smile at a time I was honestly feeling pain. That was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time
