“Half term stay”
+Great location, discount for parking available, the rooms were clean and tidy the staff are friendly and helpful ,however the hotel could do with a refresh it’s looking tired some of the ceiling tiles in corridor were loose and cracked and looks like there may have been a leak at some point. Unfortunately the noise from the room above disrupted our sleep very heavy walking on and off all night. Didn’t feel safe either the room doors the lock didn’t feel secure even if it was locked The breakfast was lovely and located in the beefeater next door. We would stay again however we feel that the rooms need modernising and re decorated.

“Ok, but definite room security issue”
+Reasonable stay. Check-in was easy. Have to pay for parking at £10 per day (with a premier inn discount) - wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking. Room was a bit tired and in need of a freshen up, but it was comfortable. Major issue we had was another guest was able to gain access to our room while we were in bed during our last evening. The guest apologised and was a genuine mistake, however the way the lady at the desk dealt with it wasn’t the best. She said she couldn’t understand how it could possibly happen as there is only one key card allocated to our room. I explained that I understood that, yet someone was still able to gain access. She just said she would look in to it but I was offered no apology.
