“Great Staff, and Location.”
+We cannot praise this Hotel more highly. We stayed four times in the last few weeks. The Staff are amazing, helpful, and very attentive to every guest. The location is perfect for us as Family live nearby. Didn’t eat here but the restaurant looked great. Thank you so much at check in, each person we met was so courteous and professional . We will return.

+This property looks nothing like on line. It is dirty, unkempt. and down right nasty looking. The rooms were awful. Literally a bed on the floor with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. We paid for one night and walked right out. Be very very wary!!

“A pleasant stay in a busy location”
+This is one of the quietest Premier Inns we have stayed in, despite quite a lot of building works around. The restaurant for breakfast was very well presented and pleasant staff. With regard to staff, we must mention Karl on reception when we arrived. Our stay was because of a visit to the Royal Marsden hospital and we asked Karl for details of buses to catch, he very kindly printed details and brought them up to our room which helped us greatly. All in all, a very pleasant stay which we may have to repeat in the future.

“Always a friendly welcome”
+Always a friendly welcome We have stayed a few times at this Premier Inn and have always had a warm welcome and excellent friendly service. It's in a really convenient location. We wanted to travel by train and it is less than 8 minutes walk from Sutton station, We were visiting family and friends, but there was also a very good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as usual

“Disappointed”
+Requested a room clen and it wasn't done so left me with dirty towels and full bin. Also, no hot water when I wanted to shower at 6.30 in the evening. Manager was apologetic but that didn't solve the problem

+Access was a almost comical nightmare , parking too far to carry luggage, no where to drop off luggage and a fence blocking access to the hotel entrance from the parking lot ( way down the street
