+Cosy, and homely boutique hotel tucked in the middle of a bustling city. No frills but affords the warmness and hospitality, and provides soft touches such as its drink station for coffee/tea and morning croissants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Abdul at the front desk! This was a repeat stay as we started and ended our Spain trip in Barcelona at this very hotel. Highly Recommended !
−Unsure if it was just our room, but a strong sewage smell permeates from the bathroom once the air goes stale.

“Perfect Location and Charming Building, but the Room Could Be Better”
+The location is perfect! It’s very close to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. The building is old but beautiful, with very high ceilings, which I absolutely love. They serve fresh croissants 🥐 in the morning, and you wake up to their amazing smell!
−The room is quite humid, and it practically has no window. I mean, there is a window, but it faces a wall that is extremely close, so there’s no view at all.

“One bad staff ruined the whole experience”
+In general, the hotel is good location. I believe it was an old apartment renovated into a hotel so architecture is nice. Unfortunately, we had an incident in our first room and the way one of the staffs (Abdul) handled it was horrible. The other staffs are nice and very supportive though.
−It started out badly where the room lock wasn't working and we cannot entered the room. The night staff (Maria) needs to help us fix it. Then we found out the shower wasn't working properly (some issues with the knobs) and there was no hot water in the shower! Maria had to come up to the room many times trying to help us but unfortunately, she also cannot fix it. She tried to offer us some wine&champaign as a compensation but it was late and we were really tired so we didn't take it. She tried to find other room for us but the hotel was fully booked that night. Given no other choices, we agreed that she would change the room for us tomororw and she also offered to check if we can get partial refund given so many things are broken that night. The way she handled things that night is really professional and we really appreciated her help. We went through that night barely get to shower as the water is super cold. In the morning with the new staff, Abdul, this is where things got worse. The discussion about the new room was fine. Even though I get no apology at all. When I asked him to follow up about the refund, he snapped and raised his voice - There is no refund! He also questioned

“Bien mais rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant”
+L'emplacement est top. L'hôtel a du charme.
−Hôtel bruyant à cause du trafic incessant, les châssis ne sont pas très hermétiques au bruit. Il y a des infiltrations d'eau dans la salle de bain ce qui donne une mauvaise odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain. Un bâtonnet se trouvait au sol dans un coin de la salle de bain à notre arrivée et n'a pas été ramassé durant notre séjour. Il y a des croissants le matin mais ils sont tous partis en 2 minutes.

+باختصار اذا عندك شغل ف برشلونة او تحضر مباراة او تقعد 3 الى 5 ايام انصحك فيه موقعه قوي وهادي وقربب من كل شيء كل شيء حولك من سوبرماركت مطاعم كوفيات صيدليات تسوق حتى المعالم السياحية كل شيء ع بعد دقايق منك وعندهم جلسة ف الدور الاول outdoor كوفي ماي 24/7 متوفر شغل حلو ومرتب ..
−المكيف حااااااار جدا واجهنا صعوبة فالنوم .. كلمت موظف الاستقبال ووصل للغرفه وشاف المكيف حار ف اقترح علي انه افتح الدريشة لدخول بعض الهواء .. الغرفه كانت فالدور الاول تحديدا رقم 106

+아침에 제공되는 크로와상은 정말 맛있어요~ 한국의 빵집들 보다 몇배는 거 맛있던거 같아요. 정수기도 있어서 물 걱정도 없습니다! 그리고 직원분들 친절하고 좋습니다~ 신혼여행이라 처음 예약한 방에서 하루 숙박하고 전망이 좋고 넓은 방으로 업그레이드가 가능한지 물어보니 알아보고 적절한 추가요금을 지불하고 옮기게 도와줬어요~! 옮긴 슈페리어 더블룸이었나? 거기는 발코니에서 보이는 거리가 정말 예술 그자체입니다! 그리고 최고는 숙소의 위치입니다! 카탈루냐 광장에서 멀지않고 카사바트요, 카사밀라, 맛집인 비니투스, 라플라우타 등등 멀지 않아요. 쇼핑하기에도 매장들 가까우니 뭐든 다 좋습니다 ~ 그리고 가격도 이정도면 바르셀로나에서 매우 가성비있는 숙소라고 생각해요
−약간 시설이 노후된건 어쩔 수 없지만 깔끔하게 청소해서 깔끔합니다. 다만 거리가 보이는 룸이라면 어쩔 수 없이 식당과 관광객이 많이다니는 도로 앞이라 방음은 완벽하지 않다는 점이 아쉽겠죠. 그래도 방끼리 방음은 조용했어요. 일반 더블룸은 안쪽 방이라 창문은 있어도 뷰가 그냥 건물 사이고 방이 조금 작아요. 그래서 신혼여행이나 조금 감성이 필요하다면 일반 더블룸은 추천드리지 않아요! 근데 조용하고 그냥 편히 자는게 좋으면 일반 더블룸으로 추천합니다 진짜 꿀잠자기는 했어요
