“Bad experience”
+The Staff very friendly, and attentive. The lobby was fine, and the sitting area was fine but small.
−The building was old, dirty, in urgent need of fresh paint, the corridors that go to the rooms, look very tired, lack of mantainance was evident, it's an old building, could do with a good clean rooms, corridors, restaurant, and refresh all the common areas except for Lobby and front sitting room. The rooms had white light, the bed linen was synthetic, didn't have a proper duver cover, we got a fleece blanket instead, pillow covers synthetic, the extra bed was a gym mat, the sheet didn't stay. It's a hostal, and is advertised in booking.com as 3 stars. The Staff were very attentive (Receptionist) and tried to help, it wasn't their fault, the hostal info was misleading, we were looking for a good category posada. We couldn't stay in this place. Eateries in the area are very simple.

+Localização e café da manhã maravilhosos! Colaboradores super atenciosos, proativos e cuidadosos! Com certeza recomendaria pelo custo-benefício. E caso volte até Arraial, me hospedaria novamente.

−Nada relevante a pontuar
