+The room had both a fan and and air conditioner that worked. In fact the room was well laid out and had the things you would expect in a nice room. I like that there was an outlet near the bed so I could conveniently charge my phone and other items.
−I felt completely deceived by this hotel when I arrived. First of all, there are three locations on this street with the same name, and this is the most difficult to find. I found one of these locations that was locked, so I called the number on the sign, but that number had been disabled. The one across the street seemed to be under construction so I called the hotel number provided by booking.com, and the person on the other end couldn't help me. I left that spot and by accident found the right place and the person I had been talking to. When I arrived, the hotel wasn't anything like what I had expected. The booking.com website opens with a wonderful picture of what looks like a wonderful pool, but when you get there it is very small and most of the time filled with leaves. When I got to my room, although well appointed, it was very small. When breakfast finally happened in the morning at 8:00, many of the things were not on the table. It was 8:20 when the eggs finally arrived, and the person who delivered them seemed unhappy with me for having asked about it. −O quarto que fiquei não funcionava o chuveiro quente ,o frigobar e a tv. Precisou chamar a manutenção que veio muito rápido Todavia poderia ter sido feito e observado na manutenção e limpeza do quarto. Cheguei na pousada ,larguei as minhas bolsas ,fui para um passeio que já tinha sido agendado Quando voltei fiquei esperando troca de frigobar , Conserto de chuveiro e conexão de tv.

+Gostei da localização, limpeza, tratamento dos funcionários, cama confortável, chuveiro esquenta bem, próximo de tudo. Café da manhã bom. Banheiro espaçoso. Café da tarde como cortesia, gostamos muito.
−Achei o quarto muito pequeno, quarto 14 muito barulhento, pois o ambiente do café da manhã é embaixo da janela e a arrumação começa bem cedo atrapalhando o descanso do hóspede.
