“Potamia Cave Suites was our favorite small hotel in Turkiye, and we stayed at many during our 6 week”
+We loved the tranquil location with large patio overlooking a gorgeous valley with caves built into the cliffs! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff at Potamia were all friendly and eager to anything to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Ortahisar is much more peaceful than other Cappadocia towns like Goreme, and close to gorgeous valleys and open air museums.

“Extraordinary Stay at Potomia Caves”
+There are not enough good things to say about our stay at Potamia Cave Suites. It exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were so thoughtfully put together. We stayed in the Family Room (Room 102, I think) with our family of 4. The extra space was helpful gave us room to breathe during our trip and the beds were all comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world and we felt so welcomed and cared for. My biggest surprise was the perk of exploring the caves that surround Potamia Cave Suites and walking the trail that sits below the hotel. This was a quiet sanctuary, especially compared to the business of Goreme, and I'm so grateful we stayed here during our time in Cappodocia. If you want a retreat that's steeped in history, culture and beauty this is your place.
−Wifi in our room wasn't the strongest - it worked, just slow - but I honestly appreciated that it helped me stay off my phone and experience the place.

“Amazing hotel!!”
+Unbelievable. The rooms (cave room) and whole domain were so thoughtfully decorated, clean and cosy, super friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Location is thé best in the city because of the magestic view in the valley. I will definitely come back here with my family once!

+The breakfast was excellent, with an amazing view of the valley. Unfortunately due to weather, the balloon rides were canceled that day, so we didn't get to see the balloons in the valley too

“Exceptional stay in an authentic cave hotel.”
+The place was excellent. The host accommodated our wish and allowed our daughter to sleep on the sofa-bed in the entry-living room. That proximity was important to us. The room had a stunning view of a very picturesque valley in Capodocia. It is an authentic cave hotel and the walls are not significantly modified (like many other more expensive versions) which does give a very unique feel to the stay.

+Potamia tiene una ubicación increíble al frente de un paisaje maravilloso de un antiguo monasterio en la roca. Queda muy cerca de las zonas dónde se encuentran los principales atractivos turísticos, pero a una distancia que Ledda una tranquilidad que no tiene por ejemplo Gorem. Por otro lado, las habitaciones son espaciosas, perfectamente dotadas y un gusto muy refinado. La atención de Ahmed el anfitrión es muy esmerada y así mismo la del personal de aseo y alimentación. Es uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado en la vida. 100% recomendado.
