“What you pay. This Hotel fails to deliver.”
+The location was the only redeeming feature
−The room with the odour that didn't dissipate. The staff unfriendly, didn't reply when greeting them. No hot water for a day. The stairs to the fifth floor as the elevator only covered 4 floors. The food, we ate every meal outside of the hotel. Reception no opening until 12.00 noon Could not charge to your room The rooms dated The shower in our room the taps difficult to use. TV was not operating. On arrival, we were upgraded to junior suite which turned out to be a down grade. Stayed in 5 other hotels on this trip, by far the worst experience. Cristina, MD, please don't reply with your automated responses, it is clears you do not listen to your customers. Clear no action is taken. Retraining staff on customer service needs to happen. Sorry for these comments, but it was asked for. Regards Julie and Stephen.

“Loved this place!!”
+Perfect perfect location, set in a beautiful piazza, surrounded by restaurants and minutes from the lake. We also had a great room - the whole place had a lovely clean, modern style.

“An unforgettable stay with a perfect location”
+Perfect location - whether you prefer to walk or take a taxi, everything is easily accessible. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. Highly recommended!
−The view from the terrace was stunning. The only minor downside was some noise from the square when the terrace door is open, but once closed the soundproofing is excellent and you hear nothing at all.

“Great location but overpriced”
+Comfy bed and good bathroom
−Room 105 is over the kitchen and REEKS of food. Also the windows overlook the alley where staff smokes and they put the garbage. Not worth €320/night.
