“A reasonable place to staying”
+The staff are very nice. The room is nice and clean but was cold at night. The bathroom has a lot of room for improvement.

+The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good (good for a 2-star hotel). The price was a little high for what they offer, could be due to the high demand time.

+Location is pretty good but condition of the hotel is not great. Also only have one type of soap dispenser in room with really strong soap that isn't good for your skin. The tea kettle was also questionably clean. The lift also did not work when I arrived. Way over priced for what you're getting.

“Probably will not go again unless refurbed.”
+Hotel is badly in need of a refurbishment. Hair dryer in room not only not working, but wiring frayed so therefore dangerous. Tried to ring reception for portable hair dryer and report fault only to find phone not working either. People on reception friendly and helpful also the cleaners.

+Very central, overlooks beautiful canal. However, it's also a bit noisy from traffic - and from the adjacent Portobello bar/pub downstairs with loud crowds, disco and live music! Better for young clientele that an old single like me!
