+Apartment was very clean, owners easy to communicate with. Very good location, close to the old town, walking distance to central station, markets and main tourist attractions - everything in the range from 5 to 20 mins of easy walk.
−Bed could be more comfortable - mattrass needs replacement. Noise - it can be quite noisy during the night especially due to busy streets around the apartment so ear plugs are recommended :)

+The pillows, the cleanliness, the proximity to the train station and any bus stop you might need,, the towels, the shower gel, the VERY nice and kind host that gave us a bottle of water and has received us at a late hour, high quality consumables, hair drier was very good, lighting was perfect, plenty of mirrors The room is spacious and it comes equiped with a very generous and useful fridge The water boiler insures that two people can enjoy a hot shower one after the other
−We really recommend this apartment considering what you get for your money and what Palermo has to offer. The hallway of the building has an unpleasant smell, the street is noisy(bring ear plugs), the bathroom sometimes smells and the shower is small and rusty and should be changed. The mattress is truly not amazing.

“The owners didn't trust us, and produced a sense of mistrust of them.”
+The room was big enough for another person and, on arrival, everything was clean and correct. It's pretty near the bus station and the train station. They left for us a fresh bottle of water in the fridge.
−- I know we rent only a room, but the owners gave us a full flat and locked the rooms they thought we would not use or need, including the kitchen, leaving us without tableware or anything to clean in case we dropped something. - The room is not soundproofed so we could hear the night parties on weekends and the dawn lorries on working days. - On arrival it was quite difficult to connect to the internet, but we got it. However, when we came back at night, it wasn't working at all. When I told them the issue, they said to wait until next morning. I had to menace them with compensation to get a faster fix, and they did it in an hour. - The neighborhood is quite bad. - It is dirty (there was a mountain of garbage in front of the building and a drunk man, during our whole stay) - And it is slightly dangerous (we've been offered to "help" with our bags just landing and been offered several faux-taxi services). I know it’s not the fault of the owners, but it's a problem about the location of the room.

“Exceptional”
+The property was bigger than we expected. It was clean. We had enough towels and toiletries. The person who handed over the keys also provided us with a bottle of water. He also helped us when we accidentally locked the door and the keys were inside at 06:00 am in the morning. We stayed there for 5 days comfortably. We will definitely stay there again next time.

+Много удобно, комуникативно и чисто място. Буквално на 5 минути от Централна гара Палермо и в близост до пешеходна зона с магазини и ресторанти. Любезни и мили домакини, които ни посрещнаха, въпреки късния час на пристигането ни. Всичко беше чисто и подредено, а местоположението е отлично за разглеждане на града. Останахме много доволни от престоя си и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново. Препоръчвам!
