−They need a lower level luggage storage. We did not need our luggage for this overnight, but we had to take it to our room.

“Well chosen place to stay except for no soundproofing”
+Great location for exploring Palermo. Spacious rooms and lovely staff.
−We were in Room 1 and it’s right next to the breakfast area so you are woken early by breakfast setup. Definitely no soundproofing. And no carpet in the hallway so unfortunately we heard everyone coming in and out all through the day/night. Also no towel rails in the bathroom so you have to hang towels on wall heater.

“An excellent BnB, perfect location, superb facilities and so welcoming, Thank you.”
+We were welcomed and helped by Stefania, she made us feel instantly at home and provided all the information we needed for the area and the BnB's facilities. The suite was perfect and so spacious with outstanding views, from the 3 balconies. The bed was the most comfortable we had in all our travels through Sicily. The breakfasts were excellent with a very good selection of foods, in a very pleasant dining area with views.
−Nothing.

+Great location. Stefania and the team were very warm and welcoming. Amazing view of Teatro Massimo from our balcony. Hotel was close to everything. Felt like we were in the heart of Palermo.

“Fabulous stay in a perfect location.”
+This was a perfect place to stay. On a main road but at the quiet end. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Theatro. The staff were so welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.

+Great location, great facilities (new bathroom and floors, etc.), AC was exceptional and silent, the room was centrally located but the windows / balcony doors were soundproof, breakfast was perfect, the staff was amazing, the bed was the sooooo comfortable. I could go on. Everything was perfect. The host arranged an airport taxi for us early in the morning and surprised with a pre-prepared breakfast as we were checking out before 5am. I’ve been all over Italy and stayed and great places but this is the best.
−Nothing- everything was perfect
